Customers in USA have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of the delivery date without giving any reason.
Return Instructions

Packaging and Shipping
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.

Return Costs
- For defective products: No costs for the customer. This applies if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective.
- In case of customer remorse (change of mind): The actual return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. This applies if the customer purchases the wrong product, the item doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item.

- Received the wrong product: If you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure that you receive the correct product.
- Product never arrived: If your product never arrived, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement product.
- Cancellation after placing your order: You can cancel your order before it ships. If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
