  4. Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure safe return.
  • If the return is due to a damaged item, defective product, or shipping error on our part — we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns or exchanges (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/style), customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
